Our first Winemaker Dinner of the season will be held on Friday, October 18th. Enjoy a five course wine-paired dinner that will encompass traditional dishes from the Piedmont region of Italy. Several of our Italian styled wines, including our first ever vintage of Dolcetto will be featured. We are looking forward to a great Winemaker Dinner season and we hope you can join us for the first one!

Herbed dipping sauce served with vegetables and sliced ciabatta bread.

A veal and pork filled pasta served with butter sauce and white truffle shaved on top.

Risotto al Gorgonzola e Nocciole

Risotto cooked with Gorgonzola cheese and hazelnuts. Topped with a brûléed poached pear.
