Scallop Crudo

Scallops thinly sliced over cucumbers, drizzled with lemon juice and basil olive oil, garnished with shallots, micro greens and sea salt.

Spaghetti alla Vongole

Fresh Pacific Ocean clams cooked in a lemon white wine sauce tossed with light spaghetti and finished with fresh Italian parsley.

Roasted beetroot Napoleone with walnut chive cream.
