We invite you to join us for a truly extraordinary evening — The Founder’s Dinner — an intimate, six-course, wine-paired celebration dedicated to the vision and legacy of Dr. Bob Jankelson, Founder of Tsillan Cellars and pioneer of the Lake Chelan Wine Valley.

This special version of our traditional Fall Winemaker’s Dinner will feature an exclusive selection of Reserve wines never offered before, highlighted by the Founder’s Reserve, a wine crafted in “secret” to honor Dr. Bob. Sourced from his cherished South Shore Golden Mile estate vineyards, planted 25 years ago, these limited-production wines captures the passion, creativity, and hard work that has shaped Tsillan Cellars since its very beginning.

First Course

Braised lamb shank stew with micro herbs, smoked sea salt, and roasted chive oil.

Paired with 2022 Estate Founder’s Reserve

Second Course

Bellissima-brined cold smoked salmon on a bed of arugula tossed with charred tomato vinaigrette, feta, pickled red onion, and shaved cucumber.

Paired with 2022 Reserve Bellissima Rossa

Third Course

Braised short rib with roasted carrot and pearl onion, finished with a red wine balsamic glaze.

Paired with 2022 Reserve Sinistra

Fourth Course

Prime Tenderloin Wellington with local mushrooms and bordelaise sauce.

Paired with 2022 Estate Reserve Syrah

Fifth Course

Dark chocolate soufflé with a fig jam center, drizzled with dark cherry ganache, and topped with nutmeg-infused whipped cream.
