Locally foraged Mushroom bisque, Porcini and Chantrelle mushrooms, garlic, fresh thyme, Rosemary, cream, truffle oil drizzle

paired with 2023 Estate Riesling

Second Course 

Autumn berry salad, Raspberries, strawberries, goat cheese, on arugula with fresh basil, smoked sea salt and pomegranate vinaigrette

paired with 2023 Sempre Amore

Third Course

Cornstarch dusted fried duck breast medallions, balsamic red wine glaze, sweet potato, charred Brussels with applewood bacon
