2017 VIOGNIER, Estate

Bottle $22 /  Case $264

A classic Rhone white varietal known for its complex and multi-faceted nature, our take on Viognier from our estate exhibits these famous characteristics perfectly.  A total of 1/3rd of the lot spent time in neutral French oak, with the remaining volume being in stainless steel.  This winemaking decision helped bring about the diverse profile seen in the total immersion of flavor from the expressive nose through to the lingering finish in this wine.  Aromas and flavors of apricot, wildflower blossom, Asian pear, and citrus fruits sweep through the entire presence of the tasting experience.  Both barrel and stainless-steel portions of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation, accompanied with a twice weekly batonnage (sediment stirring) regimen, to bring about its rich texture.  Perfect for pairing with your favorite summer salad, pineapple chicken kabobs, or Thai cuisine.  Enjoy now through 2024.

2017 SEMPRE AMORE, Estate

Bottle $28/  Case $336

Pinot Grigio 79% ~ Gewurztraminer 16% ~ Chardonnay 5%

Gold in color with the slightest shade of green, this blend of Pinot Grigio, Gewurztraminer, and stainless steel fermented Chardonnay was crafted with the volition of creating a wine rich complexity. Aromas of nectarines and fresh cut grass open in the nose, while flavors of pineapple, apricot and honeysuckle command the palate. The soft mouthfeel brought from the balance of its off-dry residual sugar and crisp, refreshing acidity top off the layers of flavor that make this wine so unique. Poached halibut prepared with lemon and dill weed would compliment the wines complex nature completely. Enjoy now through 2024.

2017 RESERVE CHARDONNAY, Estate

Bottle $30/  Case $360

After spending six months within new French oak barrels, our take on the classic Chardonnay opens with aromas of fresh pineapple, raw honey, and undertones of butterscotch.  On the palate initial smooth flavors of dried banana and fresh baked pastry evolve beautifully into crisp refreshing notes of pear in the finish.  Having underwent both primary and secondary fermentation within these barrels, accompanied also with sur lie and a weekly hand stir batonnage regimen; these techniques were executed to help craft the elegant structure and body known and loved so well with this varietal.  In its layered complexity, the wine holds the ability to take on many roles in its pairing ability.  From Gnocchi Carbonara, fresh Dungeness crab garnished in garlic butter, to pool side refreshment on those hot summer afternoons; this Chardonnay is sure to enhance any experience you wish to pair it with. Ready to enjoy now through 2024.

2017 NUDO CHARDONNAY, Estate

Bottle $24/  Case $288

In this second stylistic approach to our estate Chardonnay, the wine was both fermented and stored within 100% stainless steel prior to bottling.  With the varietal having such a strong reputation associated with spending time in oak, the presentation of this wine takes a different path in representing what Chardonnay has to offer in a completely (Nudo) fashion free of that variable.  Its full aromatic profile enters gently into a plush, enveloping yet commanding mouthfeel filled with flavors of Granny Smith apple and fresh peach.  The malolactic fermentation and twice weekly batonnage (sediment stirring) the wine underwent while in tank prior to filtration and bottling helps bring forth this full body effect, while still maintaining a refreshingly crisp profile in the finish.  A perfect pairing companion with halibut, shrimp-based dishes, or spicy chicken tacos.  Enjoy now through 2024.

55% Sangiovese ~ 45% Cabernet Sauvignon

Bottle $32 / Case $384

We are proud to reintroduce our take on the classic Super-Tuscan blend, first made famous by the Antinori family of Tuscany in 1971.  In tradition the blends are comprised of Sangiovese and a red Bordeaux varietal such as Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.  With both Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon having proven themselves time and again here on our estate, it made for a natural move for us to construct a blend that marries these two varietals to bring you a wine of unique elegance and finesse.  Aromas of Cranberry, Rhubarb, and undertones of earth and leather greet the nose, while the palate opens with warm inviting flavors of pie cherry and cinnamon that evolve seamlessly into the finish of vanilla bean and cocoa.  The vibrancy of this wine opens the door to endless possibilities in its food pairing capabilities.  From Bolognese sauced pastas, Italian Wedding Soup, to Tuscan inspired salad dishes; this wine is sure to impress.
