The coloring for this wine is a beautiful pale lemon. The aromas of Meyer lemon, golden delicious apple, banana bread, nutmeg and buttered popcorn are attributed to this wine’s 8 months of barrel aging Sur Lie with batonnage. On the palate are notes of baked apples and cinnamon. This wine’s acidity is rounded off nicely with a creamy mouthfeel and pairs exquisitely with lobster and homemade mac & cheese. 400 cases produced.

The 2019 Estate Merlot is a deep purple robust expression of what Merlot from the South Shore of Lake Chelan can be. Still young, but already exuberant, this wine pleases with aromas of cherry, plum, and raspberry. It delivers beautiful acid-tannin balanced flavors of dark cherry, plum and raspberry with undertones of vanilla and mocha. Pair with filet mignon – topped with sauteed mushrooms, roasted chicken and raspberry drizzled chocolate torte for dessert. Decant for 30 minutes, cellar through 2026. 300 cases produced.
This medium bodied red wine possesses a bouquet comprised of Bing cherries, blackberries, red currents, black pepper, vanilla, coconut and brown sugar. Flavors of plum, red raspberry and cocoa express themselves on the palate alongside a firm tannin structure.
