Dark Cherry red in color with aromas of olives, cooked plums, and wild mushrooms. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with flavors or red berries, cherries, and nuts. A Rhone style blend that will pair well with braised lamb shank, roasted root vegetables, and wild game birds.
Dark purple in color with aromas of maple syrah, boysenberries, and dark chocolate cherries. This wine is incredibly soft and rich on the palate with flavors of toffee, ripe red fruits with a chocolate finish. Fermented in small lots and aged in 100% new oak this is a big Washington Syrah.
