Baked ham, a bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwich or pork fried rice should pair nicely.

Dark ruby in color, this lovely Cab opens with aromas of bell pepper, herbs, roasted coffee, red plum and marzipan. On the palate are notes of red plum, blackberry and elderberry pie with a slight toasty oak note. The body is medium-plus, which presents bold and powerful and lingers into the finish. Tannins are upfront and somewhat assertive with nice acidity. Pair with a New York steak, bacon burger and roasted mushrooms.
Deep ruby in color leading into aromas of black pepper, herb and tobacco, purple plum, black cherry, graham cracker and caramel. On the palate are notes of red plum, cherry cola, herb and black licorice. This full-bodied wine has upfront tannins that are well balanced with the acidity. Pair with filet mignon, ribeye, gorgonzola burger and dark chocolate cake for dessert.
Plum in color, it opens on the nose with mixed-berry compote and rhubarb. The flavor presents notes of rose petal, red cherry and baking spices. The wine is quite smooth showing well integrated tannins and moderate acidity. The body is medium-plus with a finish possessing very good length. This wine pairs wonderfully with Trish’s ground lamb meatballs served with a red sauce over pasta, is a great match for this wine.
Dark ruby red in color, edging towards purple. The aromas and flavors consist of rose petal, red cherry, red berries, graham cracker, almonds and herbs. Tannins are present yet fine grained. Acidity is moderate and in balance. Pairs well with any fish or red meat dish finished with a plum or berry-based sauce. Also, pork dishes, specifically sausage stuffed portobello mushrooms will pair wonderfully.
