The color is a lovely strawberry with aromas of ripe strawberries, cranberries and blood orange. The palate is bright with notes of strawberry and a touch of cranberry. Excellent sugar-acid balance and finishes off-dry, edging towards semi-sweet. Serve with a slight chill to compliment most anything involving pork. Baked ham, a bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwich or pork fried rice should pair nicely.
