The color is a lovely strawberry with aromas of ripe strawberries, cranberries and blood orange. The palate is bright with notes of strawberry and a touch of cranberry. Excellent sugar-acid balance and finishes off-dry, edging towards semi-sweet. Serve with a slight chill to compliment most anything involving pork. Baked ham, a bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwich or pork fried rice should pair nicely.

A meduim to full bodied dry sparkling wine. Aromas and flavors of Bartlett pears, Golden Delicious apples and warm brioche. Finished as a Brut sparkling wine with crisp acidity. The ever-famous blend from our estate, the 2016 Bellissima Rossa opens on the nose with aromas of dried cranberry and raspberry, with undertones of cocoa and rosemary. Its smooth profile on the palate provides elegant flavors of dark chocolate covered fruits, Bing cherry, and subtle tones of earth that lead beautifully into its lingering finish. The complex attributes and medium body structure of this wine make it very versatile in the realm of equally complex food pairings. From braised lamb, shepherds pie, to herb seasoned roasted root vegetables. Serve now till 2028 with proper aging.

Plum in color, it opens on the nose with mixed-berry compote and rhubarb. The flavor presents notes of rose petal, red cherry and baking spices. The wine is quite smooth showing well integrated tannins and moderate acidity. The body is medium-plus with a finish possessing very good length. This wine pairs wonderfully with Trish’s ground lamb meatballs served with a red sauce over pasta, is a great match for this wine.
Deep ruby in color with inviting aromas of sweet vanilla bean, compliments of the American oak, cherry cola, purple and red plums. On the palate are flavors of ripe red plums, cherry cola, and a generous amount of the oaky sweet vanilla bean. The wine is very smooth and the tannins and acidity are moderate and well balanced. Pair with BBQ pork and beef or pork carnitas.
This take on the classic Rhone varietal brings fourth a multifaceted nature known so well with Syrah. Expressive aromas of caramel, blackberry, and vanilla immediately envelope the nose, showcasing the expressive character of the new American oak integrated into the blend.
